Ways We Can Connect

  • Home Visits

Home visits are what they seem to be. I travel to your home, a place you reside, or a place you feel most comfortable, that is outside the traditional clinic environment. These are for individuals who may struggle to get into a conventional clinic-based visit, either physically, mentally, or cognitively.

  • Traditional Clinic-Based Visits

    These are traditional clinic-based visits.

In addition to some regular hours, I offer evening visits on Fridays and Saturday visits to meet the needs of the community.

  • Telehealth Visits

These visits are available for established patients only. These visits provide an easy and flexible opportunity for simple follow-ups, acute concerns that do not require a detailed physical exam.
